Craig Dawson - President & CEO
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Craig Dawson is responsible for the strategic direction of eRemitt’s operations. Headquartered in Seattle, WA, he co-founded of Retail Lockbox, Inc. in 1994 with the help of his business partner, Walt Townes. In 2022, acquired eRemitt, LLC. Prior to founding Retail Lockbox, Inc., Craig was a Senior Sales Executive with Unisys Corporation, an international provider of computer and system solutions. As a Seattle native, Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington School of Business.
Walt Townes - Co-Founder
As Co-Founder, Walt Townes is responsible for providing and implementing strategic leadership to achieve the company's long-term goals and initiatives. He co-founded Retail Lockbox, Inc. in 1994 along with current President and CEO, Craig Dawson. As a Seattle native, Walt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington School of Business. He has a strong background in operations management with a focus on building teams who deliver consistent quality and responsive customer service, and has successfully operated service based businesses for over 30 years.
Tony Nguyen - General Manager
With over 16 years of dedicated service at eRemitt, LLC, Tony Nguyen has built a distinguished career marked by commitment and leadership. In his role as General Manager, he is responsible for overseeing daily operations and coordinating efforts across departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Tony’s extensive experience and insights into the industry have driven operational improvements and fostered a collaborative team environment, making them a key contributor to the organization’s continued success.
Thomas Klettke - IT Manager
With his 20 years of experience at eRemitt, LLC, Thomas Klettke serves as our IT Manager. His expertise spans server management, network administration, and workstation maintenance. A dedicated advocate for security and compliance, Thomas is particularly skilled at developing innovative in-house tools that streamline production processes, significantly enhancing overall efficiency.
